Monthly HOA Dues
Our fiscal year is from September 1 to August 31 so any changes in dues take place effective September 1 each year.
Effective September 1, 2025, the Association dues are $320.00 per month and are due on 15th day of each month. Payment received after the last day of the month will be subject to a $25 late fee.
